The Council version of the TD30 Halligan tool is growing in popularity and designed in collaboration with top forcible entry trainers.
TD30- Tuned and Dressed Halligan is ready to go. Forks thinned out, Gap and Set marks in place. This forcible entry tool is drop forged in one piece from 4140 alloy steel. Working ends are heat treated for maximum strength, toughness and wear resistance. The fork, pike and pry are designed for leverage and strength. Widths and tapers are intended to allow easy penetration.
Overall length is 30 in
Made of .987″ Octagon 4140 steel
Clear Lacquer finish to deter rust
2” Wide offset Adze w/ 30” radial arc and reference line
Squared off shoulders for flat striking surface
Gap between the fork ends for pulling “key-in-knob”
Flat side target for striker/axe
